John started his career at KPMG in 1987. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and then transferred to KPMG’s Financial Advisory Services division, specializing in insolvency work.
In 1994 John joined Trade Indemnity as a credit insurance underwriter. In 1996, Euler American Credit Indemnity acquired Trade Indemnity. John was promoted to Assistant Vice-President, Commercial Underwriting. In 1999, John left Euler Hermes to start London Guarantee/St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company’s (St. Paul) credit insurance business. John prepared the credit insurance licensing application for St. Paul and worked with Export Development Canada (EDC) in developing the strategic alliance that existed between these two companies.
In March 2002, John joined Millennium as Regional Vice President for Southern Ontario. Over the next few years, John had responsibility for growing the business in Ontario and Alberta. The portfolio of clients grew and became very diversified and in 2010 John was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development. In this role, John was responsible for sales growth across Canada. In May 2011, John was promoted to President of Millennium where he is responsible for the overall growth of the company.

Ron has a strong technical knowledge of all aspects of credit insurance having held senior underwriting positions with Export Development Canada and with its private sector competitor, Trade Indemnity plc. of the UK.
Ron's major contribution is to work with the Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure that Millennium clients obtain and maintain the optimum coverage to meet their objectives.
Ron is one of the founders of Millennium and has worked for 14 years to position us as the leading independent credit insurance broker in Canada.

Carolyn started her career in Ottawa with Trade Indemnity plc in 1989. Between 1989 and 1995 Carolyn was one of the key credit insurance underwriters for this company's domestic and export business. In her role as Senior Underwriter she managed the steel, food, packaging and plastics portfolio. In 1996, Euler American Credit Indemnity acquired Trade Indemnity. Carolyn was subsequently promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Underwriting.
In 1998 Carolyn relocated with Euler American Credit Indemnity to its Toronto Office and was promoted to Vice President/Industry Manager, Commercial Underwriting - Canada. In this new role, Carolyn was responsible for the prudent underwriting growth, industry development and training requirements for all underwriters and sales representatives in the Toronto Office.
In 2000 Carolyn left Euler American Credit Indemnity to join Export Development Canada in Ottawa as Senior Underwriter with the Forestry Team. In addition to managing, mentoring and training a team of underwriters, she was involved in the Team's business planning, strategic selling initiatives in support of EDC's Business Development Managers and Brokers and developing creative underwriting solutions to grow EDC's presence in the forestry industry.
In May 2004, Carolyn joined Millennium as Vice President based in Ottawa. Carolyn has over 15 years direct underwriting experience with both private and public insurance providers. She has been involved in nearly every industry in Canada spanning from food, forestry, steel and security systems. Carolyn's familiarity with both the insurance carriers and her expertise in structuring solutions helps her to provide clients with the opportunity to both structure and source insurance alternatives for their business.

Since 1994, Roch has underwritten risks, structured policies, and developed business in the field of Trade Credit Insurance on behalf of leading insurers. Two years prior to joining Millennium, he helped one of the world's leading brokers establish a credit insurance presence in Eastern Canada.
Roch developed and maintained a clientele ranging from SMEs to large multinationals in industries such as forestry, high-tech, apparel and consumer goods. His financial background coupled with creative, analytical and negotiating skills helps him provide our clients with properly structured insurance policies and ongoing service.

Eric is a business graduate from the University of Ottawa and has over 5 years experience in the financial field. Eric joined Millennium's team in January 2006 and is committed to providing our clients with full policy administration, innovative financial risk management and credit enhancement solutions.

Tricia has over 15 years of experience in the area of credit and political risk insurance. In 1995 Tricia entered in the insurance industry working with Trade Indemnity as a Policy Administrator and then moved to Binks Insurance Brokers were she obtained her Registered Insurance Brokers license.
With the experience she gained from Trade Indemnity, Tricia joined Millennium's team with hopes to further her career in the area of credit insurance. Tricia's focuses on providing ongoing support in the management of your credit insurance program.

Sandy has many years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. She was employed as a Corporate Insurance Account Manager with two leading brokerages in the Ottawa area and more recently as a Credit Insurance Underwriter with the Export Development Canada.
Sandy joined Millennium's team in December 2001 and is committed to providing our clients with full policy administration and innovative financial risk management and credit enhancement solutions.

Alexandre has a Psychology degree, from Ottawa University, and a Masters Degree in Chinese Studies, from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. His vast international experience lead him to Taiwan, China and London. In the last five years, Alex broadened his Credit Insurance knowledge while working as a Claims Services Manager in the claims department at EDC. In addition to his ability to communicate in French and in English, Alex is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
